Our story began with Nilay and Deniz, two young dentists deeply in love, who dreamed of creating the best in medical sophistication for healthcare professionals. In 2022, their constant criticisms and observations of the medical garments they used led them to question, "Couldn't these products be more aesthetically pleasing and comfortable?" This continuous questioning drove them to conduct innovative experiments in their clinics and production facilities, and to seek better solutions.
Our duo, who had no prior textile experience, traversed the industrial streets of Türkiye, from Bursa to Kahramanmaraş, Uşak to Denizli, and Istanbul to Ankara. Day and night, they strived to master the intricacies of this ancient industry, learning unfamiliar terms by heart, to the point of dreaming about them. They transferred the precision they gained from their dental practice to textile machinery; they sewed and overlocked. They learned the trade from professionals and always strived to work with the best.
After a long search and consideration, they chose the name and logo "BOND," representing their deep bond. Although this name and logo are quite meaningful to them, in Turkish industry they became more widely known as "BOND without James."
