RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At BOND Store, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide you with a flawless shopping experience. Below you will find information regarding our return and exchange policies.
1. RETURN CONDITIONS

You have the right to return your order within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

In order for products to be returned;

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.

It must be shipped complete, in its original box or packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear, custom-made items, and items with the tags removed.
2. CONDITIONS FOR CHANGE

Currently, direct changes cannot be made through our system.

You can return the items you wish to exchange and place a new order.
3. RETURN PROCESS

Please send your return request via email to hello@bondstore.co . Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return in your request.

You can send the product back free of charge via the shipping company using the return shipping code that will be sent to you.

Once the product reaches us, its eligibility for return will be assessed after the necessary checks are completed.

Once the return is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. SHIPPING FEE

In return processes, the initial shipment is handled by us, and the return shipping cost is covered by our company.

For orders where cash on delivery is selected, the payment service fee is non-refundable.
5. DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order has a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, you must report it to hello@bondstore.co with photos within 2 business days of receiving it.

In this case, the product will be replaced with a new one or a refund will be issued.
