PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

This form aims to inform customers about distance sales made through the website www.bondstore.co , in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the related Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The basic specifications of each product are listed on its respective product page. Product prices are stated including all taxes. Shipping costs are shown during the ordering process and are included in the total price.

3. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer within 30 (thirty) days after order confirmation, subject to stock availability. Delivery time and conditions may vary depending on the product and address.

4. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and other systems. All payment details will be provided to the customer before the order.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The detailed terms and conditions of the right of withdrawal are explained in the Distance Sales Agreement.

6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

  • Products for personal use.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are unsuitable for return due to hygienic reasons.

7. COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS

Customers can submit their complaints and requests to info@bondweardesign.com . Additionally, complaints may be filed with the Consumer Arbitration Board or Consumer Courts, subject to the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.

This form is read, approved, and kept by the customer before the order is completed. By placing the order, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this information.
